Terms of Use for SariPondo Agent App

Welcome to the SariPondo Agent App (the "App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bayani Technology Solutions Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with these Terms.

License to Use the App We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for personal or business purposes related to FMCG sales, in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm us or others.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
